There is no subscription or recurring fee. After a refund, the owner has 30 days to export or reactivate the locked project before its stories and media are permanently deleted.

You can work at your own pace with no deadline. Ask Questions whenever you like or use the optional weekly Question cadence, then prepare and order the book when the Stories are ready. Available delivery options are shown during checkout.

The Project owner and invited family members can ask Questions and help create or edit ordinary Story and book content. A represented Person can answer one assigned Question through a private link on desktop or mobile without creating an account or becoming a Project member.

Your current prepared book becomes a premium hardcover with professionally typeset Stories and photos. When an edition includes a recording, its app-owned QR code plays the exact recording selected for that printed edition.

Yes. Projects are private by default, the owner controls family-member access and public Story sharing, and account-free answer links grant access to only one assigned Question. The owner can create one complete current Project ZIP from Settings and may deliberately delete the Project after the required export and warnings. Looking for our plain-language privacy overview?
